MaxiSys MS908S will not scan chrysler vehicles

Our MS908S was working properly with all Chrysler vehicles (Dodge, Ram, Jeep) last week. Now this morning our scan tool will not work on two Rams (one a 2018 and the other 2019) and a 2018 Chrysler T&C. Up until today our tool worked with all Chrysler vehicles even current year models with or without the 12+8 connector. There error is when the tablet is signing into the "network" it shows a 10001 error code. Wifi is working properly on all other devices and the tablet is properly signed into out Wifi network.
Please Help.

We had an issue like this, I uninstalled the Chrysler, Dodge Jeep apps and then let it update again. Everything worked after. -

What adapter do you guys use to communicate with the new models??? I have checked online and found a 12+8 Cable adapter. If that's the one, does that mean that all chrysler GCM have the same connector set ups? Like Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat, Dodge, RAM, etc?
